The former guesthouse of the Archiepiscopal College was expanded in 1995 with a connecting three-story wing including a 60-bed dormitory, a chapel, a dining hall, a kitchen, and classrooms. The designer was Dr. Györgyné Horváth (Veszprémi Tervező Kft.). The former guesthouse of the Archiepiscopal College was expanded in 1995 with a connecting three-story wing including a 60-bed dormitory, a chapel, a dining hall, a kitchen, and classrooms. The designer was Dr. Györgyné Horváth (Veszprémi Tervező Kft.). The chapel is wedged between the old and the new sections, and is a volume that projects outwards with a truncated triangular ground plan and a roof profile that slants towards the west. The double chapel doors with carved reliefs open onto the eastern part of the interior, and there is a gallery at the eastern end of the nave. The tapering western apse section is raised. The furnishings have a uniform style, with high-quality wooden pews, an altar and lectern, and a stylized wooden relief sculpture on the back wall, which ends with the Crucifixion group. The slender figures on the branches of the tree are St. Stephen, and Giselle with St. Emeric. These were made between 1997 and 2000 by the sculptor Sándor Kiss with the collaboration of Márta Lesenyei.
