It terminates in a rounded apse on the southern end, and there is a tower is built on the northern façade, which is topped with a pointed octagonal pyramidal spire. This tower is square up to the height of the main cornice and this section has thick buttresses topped with dripstones. Above this, the tower transforms into an octagonal shape through plastered triangles. It is covered with an octagonal, metal-roofed spire that has gables projecting above its cornice on the four main sides and a cross standing on a sphere at the peak. There is a simple portal on the northern façade of the tower, which has a triangular gable with a cross at its peak atop its cornice. There are two windows on each side façade of the church. The tracery windows are topped by semicircular arches. There are stained-glass Luther roses in the round panes of some windows. The church nave has surbased sail vaulting with transverse arches. The round chancel is covered with two sail-vaulted surfaces. The sidewalls are divided by simple pilasters with drip-ornamented capitals, and the transverse arches springing from them have stucco decorations. A Late Baroque baptismal font stands in front of the altar. The pulpit adjoins the eastern side of the semicircular southern area. There is a reinforced concrete gallery with a concrete lattice balustrade on sets of twin pillars. The northern interior double door has a stone frame. The door panels are covered with iron plates and date back to the end of the 18th century. The bottom of the tower is groin vaulted. The western wall has the memorial plaques for the pastor Dezső Horváth and the builder of the tower, Kálmán Csomay. These date back to 1910. Read less
